Key Responsibilities

- Engage in all daily operations & safety meetings, toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and promptly report any issues using the appropriate tools.
- Inspect used components to assess changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.
- Assist, perform, and potentially lead troubleshooting, scheduled preventive maintenance, and modifications on a variety of electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment, including data acquisition systems to identify the cause of failures and implement corrective actions in accordance with documented Company policies & procedures.
- Assist, perform, and potentially lead testing and calibration tasks of tools following documented policies & procedures.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement regarding equipment, procedures, and documentation.
- Review Work Orders, AIRTs, PFTs, Forms, Checklists, Repair Requests, and ensure all relevant databases are accurately maintained.
- Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or noteworthy incidents to the Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager without delay.
- In senior roles, the employee will often lead the team in executing all the assignments detailed above, including troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing corrective actions, and providing access to all relevant R&M documented policies, procedures, work instructions, and technical manuals to enable the R&M team to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Senior roles will ensure all field and workshop personnel adhere to corrective and preventative maintenance procedures, ensuring all failures are followed up to closure with a proper root cause analysis and the implementation of predetermined corrective actions.
- Senior roles will oversee the workshop and/or electronic lab, defining and distributing work assignment schedules while evaluating the quality, proficiency, and efficiency of the work being performed through regular inspections to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or approved suppliers in accordance with Weatherford's guidelines and procedures.
- Support and comply with LEAN initiatives and participate in the continuous efficiency improvement program of the facility.
- Perform other duties and activities safely as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Report all equipment failures and troubleshooting requirements to the R&M Management as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and, where appropriate, external.
- Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports.
- All employees are accountable to the organization to be financially responsible, whether in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses.
- Costs incurred should remain within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames, and follow the relevant financial policy and procedure.

Experience & Education
REQUIRED
- 0-2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a Service Quality/Excellence role.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Basic Mathematics.
- Awareness of NDT, NDE, and ATEX policies & principles.
- More senior roles require the ability to diagnose issues and problems with tools/equipment.
- Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and monitoring of equipment.
- Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem-solving.
- Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making in line with policies & procedures.
- Time management.
- Quality Control Analysis to ensure products meet required standards.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands that the role requires.

- Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery.
- Ability to visualize how tools and products will appear when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications.
