Soliant Education is actively seeking committed Special Education Teachers for various roles in Lexington, Massachusetts. These full-time positions are intended for the academic year and require onsite presence. Position Overview:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Duration: Full Academic Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized instruction and assistance to students with special needs.
  • Design and execute customized lesson plans and teaching methodologies.
  • Collaborate with general education staff and other professionals to provide integrated support for students.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed.
  • Engage with families to foster student growth and address any concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
  • Valid teaching certification in Massachusetts with a Special Education endorsement.
  • Relevant experience with either moderate/severe or mild/moderate caseloads as applicable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
