We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Family Practice and Forensics unit at University Hospital in Madison, WI. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic conditions in a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance critical thinking skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters engagement and collaboration among team members.
- Minimum of six months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and relevant RN experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
- CPR/BLS certification.
