About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Lead to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Approvals team, you will be responsible for leading all analysis and business intelligence support for the Approvals system and dashboard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of all data sources, fields, and metrics available for approvals-related systems and processes.
  • Develop and manage standardized operational reviews of the approvals process for review with global, regional, and line-of-business leadership.
  • Own the Approvals reporting dashboard metrics and overall front-end design.
  • Review and respond to ad-hoc business intelligence requests.
  • Ideate and develop insightful analysis that leads to actionable, data-driven recommendations for process, policy, or system improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Support and partner closely with regional and line-of-business approval teams on the above.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
