About the RoleWe are seeking a Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to our participants, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to participants, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and behavioral support.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help participants achieve their goals and live independently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that participants receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to participants, helping them to build relationships and connect with their community.
- Assist participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- No high school diploma required.
- No experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Competitive pay: $13.00 per hour.
