Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

• Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
• Perform routine examinations and provide health counseling to patients
• Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training
• Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish (depending on the market)
