Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles.
  • State compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $18 - $22 per hour.
  • Sign-on bonus: $500 for Assistant Teachers hired in September; $1000 for Lead Teachers hired in September.
