Primary Objective:

The main objective of this role is to execute repetitive assembly tasks in the production of skylight component parts in alignment with established production standards and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components to create the final product
  • Carry out tasks as per Job Instructions (J.I.'s) designated for the role
  • Ensure adherence to production, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold 5's practices
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by local management
Compensation: $20.93 per hour

Standard Work Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
  • Capability to perform essential functions of the role
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints is a plus
  • Understanding of metric measurement systems is preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills through a positive quality, safety, attendance, and work history
  • Compliance with all conduct rules, safety regulations, and policies outlined in Employee Handbooks and other communication methods is mandatory.
