Job Summary:

Della Infotech is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all changes in the clinical record.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed, making referrals when necessary.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and other healthcare team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of SLP experience required
  • LTC or Rehab experience required
  • TX State License required
  • CCC certified SLP required
  • 3 years experience holding active CCS preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Active ASHA and State Licensure
