Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Data Analyst to join our team at HealthPort, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $85,000, based on the location and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business or data analytics, with at least two years' experience working with health information systems and health claims data.

A strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, CRISP Data system, EHR, Tableau, data management programming languages, and SQL is required. Experience within Population Health, total cost of care reduction strategies, value-based models, and knowledge of public behavioral health systems is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, collection, analysis, and reporting of all pertinent data findings, as well as identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes, safety, and quality.

Other duties may include maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations. A current CPR and First Aid certification is also required.
