  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Wound Care Nurse required
  • Wound Care Nurse certification preferred
  • Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
  • Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow Nursing care partners
