About the Role

We are looking for a Plant Reliability Supervisor to join our team at Allied Reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to ensure all company safety rules and regulations are observed by employees, participating in safety training, and interfacing with MSHA and other governing health and safety agencies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience, a strong background in mechanical engineering or related field, and experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). They will also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to initiate and hold others accountable for achieving company objectives.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
