About the Role

We are seeking an experienced veterinarian with exceptional leadership skills to join our team as a Medical Director for Veterinary Excellence.

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical protocols, providing guidance on best practices, and collaborating with our veterinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our operations team to drive continuous improvement in hospital performance, efficiency, and quality of care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state where the hospital is located
  • At least 3 years of experience as a veterinarian, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and patients
  • A strong understanding of clinical protocols and best practices in veterinary medicine
