Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ARTISAN Management Group. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the overall condition of the community.
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Assist with the inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards are achieved and sustained.
  • Participate in Artisan training as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems.
