  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including lighting, plumbing, and painting.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and provide training to operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Research and Development: Research system and component specifications using equipment manuals, schematics, and online resources.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and modify work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System and document details of work performed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree and three years or more of related experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Effective English communication is a must; bilingual preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
