Job Title: Orientation Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Orientation Coordinator. As a key member of our training and development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our new hires receive the best possible training and support to excel in their roles.

Job Summary:

The Orientation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs at the regional or divisional level. This includes assessing training needs, mentoring and coaching new hires, and evaluating training effectiveness. If you have a passion for nursing and a desire to strengthen your experience, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute training programs at the regional or divisional level
  • Assess training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs
  • Mentor and coach new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with operation leaders, preceptors, and the training team to identify and meet training needs
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Experience in delivery of training and working collaboratively across multiple disciplines
  • Knowledgeable of rules and regulations relevant to specific business line or area assigned
  • Ability to organize workload to provide reliable follow-through and meet timelines/deadlines
  • Demonstrable presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Ability to identify competence for tasks, jobs, and roles in business line or area assigned
  • Ability to interpret training needs and determine most appropriate training solutions
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
