The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Global Operations Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support across the Global Operations division and leading projects to improve cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, including process development, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
- Lead process improvement projects, including setup, design, and execution of experiments at bench and pilot scale.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective technical transfer from the pilot plant to production environments.
- Analyze opportunities for process improvement and guide actions to implement changes.
- Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations and lead projects to improve cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the food or GMP environment.
- Practical hands-on expertise with equipment and experience in process development, experimental design, statistical analysis, process optimization, and scale-up.
- Working knowledge of various manufacturing processes and unit operations, including centrifugation, evaporation, filtration, ion exchange, chromatography/SSMB, and enzyme reactors.
