About the Role

The Container Store Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Connect with customers to understand their organizational challenges and provide personalized solutions.
  • Design and sell custom storage and organization solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including shelves and displays.
  • Support carryout to customers' vehicles.
  • Assist with cleaning routines around the store.
  • Process customers' orders for curbside pick-up and/or delivery.
  • Organize the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail sales experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
