Your Role in Our Team

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately to surpass customer expectations.
  • Conduct test drives to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Perform inspections and repairs in compliance with state regulations.

  • Assist colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service consistently.

Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Possession of a valid Virginia Inspector license.
  • Own necessary tools; a tool purchase program is available.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to procedures.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and standing for long periods.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays.
  • Comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
