**Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist**
to provide therapy services to students in a school setting. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Monitor progress, document treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
- Implement assistive technology and adaptive equipment as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff in implementing strategies for student success.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field of occupational therapy.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students and the school environment.
