Housekeeper - HHI Residential

Job Summary: As a Housekeeper at MasterCorp, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
• Report any maintenance issues to management to ensure that they are addressed promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by being friendly, courteous, and responsive to their needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
