  • Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to financial transactions.

Litigation and Conflict Resolution:

  • Represent clients in legal disputes, regulatory investigations, and litigation processes.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for effective dispute resolution and risk management.

Engagement with Regulatory Bodies:

  • Prepare and submit necessary regulatory documentation and reports.

Risk Assessment:

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution.
  • Bar admission in Florida.
