We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical and surgical settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is a 0.9 FTE, day shift position with rotating weekends. You will work closely with our experienced Float Pool Charge RNs to ensure seamless patient care and support. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care, and we are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of medical and surgical settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience
