Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our team at PSG Global Solutions. As a Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents at Windmill Village Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
