We are seeking a highly skilled Network Relations Senior Analyst to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary resource for assigned providers, assisting with complex issues related to policies, procedures, plan design, and contract language.
  • Optimize interactions with providers and internal business partners to establish and maintain productive relationships.
  • Monitor service capabilities and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure constituent needs are met and escalated issues are resolved.
  • Support operational activities, including database management and contract coordination.
  • Educate providers on contract policies and parameters, plan design, compensation process, technology, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare terminology and medical product lines.
  • 3-5 years of Microsoft Applications experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% in designated markets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
