Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement donor acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship strategies to drive fundraising success

  • Lead and Motivate Team Members
    • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve campaign goals and objectives
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their success
