  • Production Planning and Scheduling
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production goals.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

    • Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
    • Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
    • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels. The employee is required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
