We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented individual to fill the role of General Production Worker. This position involves working in an industrial setting where wire mesh fencing is manufactured. Key responsibilities include manually loading and unloading materials, detecting machine malfunctions, stacking materials, assembling wire mesh nets, and threading wire mesh together. The ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs is essential for this role.
About the Role- Production: Assemble and manufacture wire mesh fencing
- Labor: Load and unload materials, stack materials, and perform manual labor tasks
- Assembly: Assemble wire mesh nets and thread wire mesh together
This is a fully on-site position in an industrial setting. The work environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and includes steel-toe boots, eye protection, gloves, jeans, and optional ear protection. Earbuds are permitted in one ear only for music. A hard hat may be necessary in areas where cranes are occasionally used.
