Arbor Wellness LLC is a residential mental health and co-occurring diagnosis facility in Brentwood, TN. Our holistic recovery approach prioritizes patients' complex and individualized needs. We offer a comprehensive treatment program that includes group and individualized therapy, psychopharmacology, pharmacogenetic testing, and various adjuvant therapies. As a voluntary facility, patients are here on their own accord, and we do not utilize restraints or forceful measures of treatment.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention services, psychoeducation presentations, and experiential learning groups for clients and their families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual therapy notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including case managers, intake coordinators, psychiatric nurse practitioners, the clinical director, and the program manager.
- Complete clinical documentation promptly, adhering to state, insurance, and joint commission regulations.
- Attend staff training and meetings as required by the employer.
- Masters in counseling, social work, or psychology.
- EMDR certification required.
- Experience working with addictions and mental health diagnoses.
- Ability to use various counseling interventions, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems, etc.
- Understanding of addiction and mental illness theories and models.
- Knowledge of treatment philosophies, practices, and outcomes.
- Understanding of relapse prevention through the continuum of care.
- Understanding of dually diagnosed populations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily and weekly tasks.
