Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on our drinks menu and making recommendations based on their preferences
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to details such as coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Knowledge of brewing equipment and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
