The estimated salary for this ICU/CCU Registered Nurse position ranges from $1500 to $2500 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. This comprehensive compensation package includes tax-free stipends for housing and meals, as well as travel reimbursement and other benefits.

Job Description

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will possess the skills and expertise necessary to manage the care of adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Ensuring proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes
  • Observing patients' vital signs and responding promptly to any changes in their physical condition
  • Administering medication, IVs, and inserting catheters as needed
  • Meticulously documenting medication administration and patient progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this ICU/CCU Registered Nurse position, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
