We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice
  • Teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
  • Assess behavioral and physiologic status of the post-anesthesia patient population
  • Develop, modify, and integrate patient plans of care
  • Establish individualized patient goals
Requirements
  • License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
