Job Title: Manufacturing Packaging Agent

At WholesomeCo, we're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Packaging Agent to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for packaging cannabis products with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Manager and Leads in packaging cannabis products accurately and efficiently.
  • Safely operate equipment and machinery to package products as instructed and trained.
  • Execute objectives to achieve desired quality and consistency throughout assignments.
  • Organize and report data accurately, ensuring accurate and legible logging of product.
  • Keep daily logs on inventory used and/or damaged.
  • Meet daily quotas and maintain a culture of professionalism.
  • Assist associates to achieve team goals and maintain a food-grade safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments to facilitate additional and/or supplemental work.

Requirements:

  • Team player with organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and take initiative when needed.
  • Punctuality and ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
  • Warehouse and/or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling.
  • Perform basic math.
  • Work different ranges of hours, including full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.
  • Be a team player and interact professionally with co-workers.
  • Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and post-offer background check.
