About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer - Safety Specialist to join our team at Allan Myers, Inc. As a key member of our safety department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, spreading, and shoving dirt and gravel, lifting and carrying building materials, and cleaning tools and work areas.
  • Assist in safety planning, compliance, and training, including participating in daily huddles and incident follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement daily safety communications and perform a wide variety of manual tasks, including pipe assembly, pipe cutting, and laying.
  • Work efficiently under deadlines and pressure, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience on construction sites.
  • GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
  • Trade school a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work well independently or within a team.
