Next-Generation Platform

We're developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. As a director of the software engineering division, you will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications.
  • Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
  • Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements.
  • Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization.
  • Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.
  • Recruit/build an impactful, innovative, and energetic team.
  • Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams.
Requirements
  • Must have experience delivering and executing software services into cloud platforms.
  • Must have hands-on cloud-native architectural experience.
  • Must have experience growing development teams.
  • Must have experience modernizing and containerizing multi-tenant solutions.
  • Seeking experience using AI and Automation to remove manual toil.
