About the RoleThis PRN RN position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work a variety of shifts and make a meaningful impact on patient care. You will work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients presenting with a wide range of problems, from life-threatening conditions to minor injuries or illnesses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and services.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the emergency department.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
