We are seeking highly trained, team-oriented, tech-savvy, and curious associates for our IPTech practice group at our office in Düsseldorf.

Your role will involve advising German and international companies on all aspects of IP and IT law, including software and internet law, patent and trademark law, and protection of know-how and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on licensing and development agreements, outsourcing contracts, hardware and software contracts, technology and data-driven business models, and IP/IT-focused corporate transactions.
  • Providing legal expertise on software and internet law, patent and trademark law, and protection of know-how and data.
