Docketing Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Docketing Clerk at Diamond Ridge Construction. This critical position requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or court setting and be familiar with docketing systems and procedures. Key responsibilities include entering and updating case information, monitoring deadlines, and organizing and maintaining physical and digital records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting lawyers and other staff members with various administrative tasks and communicating with clients, court officials, and other relevant parties as needed. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology is also required.
