We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Supervisor to join our team at Electrolux Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing inbound materials for our assembly line, ensuring seamless production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Hold daily meetings with Material Handlers to discuss safety, daily schedules, and ensure all jobs are covered for their shift.
- Promote a safety-first culture, instilling and exemplifying a safety mindset for all team members.
- Attend daily meetings, coordinate inbound material flow, and report labor capability and manufacturing concerns to management.
- Utilize Lean Tools to drive real-time problem-solving and support departmental metrics.
- Engage team members to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Material Handling and Manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with plant startups and new product introduction processes is a plus.
