We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Director to lead our transportation design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, transportation planning, and project management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

As an Engineering Project Director, you will provide technical oversight and project management expertise on a variety of projects. You will work with clients and project teams to develop scopes, fees, and schedules and negotiate them with clients. You will also establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations, create and revise project work plans, delegate responsibilities and tasks, identify resources needed, and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes.
