We are seeking a Regional Intermodal Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver with Schneider, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.

Job Description:

Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. This is a 90% no-touch freight opportunity with 70% drop-and-hook. You will drive in and out of railyards within New York but no New York City.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • ">
  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.">
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.">
  • Paid orientation.">
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.">
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.">

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).">
  • Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.">
  • Live within 100 miles of Syracuse, NY.">
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.">
