We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Coordinator to join our team at Mathnasium. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing and training new curricula, networking with our team, and monitoring the progress of new and existing teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and train new curricula with the help of the Director of Education and other staff.
  • Network and build professional relationships with members of the Mathnasium Team.
  • Monitor the progress of new and existing teaching/assessment methods within the district(s).
  • Evaluate results at the end of each month, quarter, and year, writing/sharing reports/observations for the district(s).
  • Train/monitor Education leaders and assessors in the district(s).
  • Identify areas for improvement and schedule training for new and existing staff within the district(s).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in math, education administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of Mathnasium experience, and fluent in the Mathnasium Teaching Methods.
  • Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions, and overcoming conversational objections.
  • Highly organized with managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and sense of urgency.
  • Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy; interacts and works cooperatively with students, parents, and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
  • Flexibility with schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Radius, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
