Responsibilities:
1. **Program Management:**
- Plan and implement the test program while adhering to budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards.
2. **Staff Development:**
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to align with production goals.
3. **Documentation Oversight:**
- Develop and validate technical documents, including test protocols and operational guidelines.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Collaborate with various customer and oversight organizations to ensure alignment and compliance.
5. **Testing Methodology:**
- Design and execute testing strategies and equipment to meet program requirements.
6. **Data Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze data to identify necessary modifications in testing protocols and equipment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited program is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Required certifications include Lead Test Engineer (LTE), Shift Test Engineer (STE), and Ship Safety Officer (SSO).
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
