Project Manager, Product Development

Razor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide project management for a portfolio of projects and play a pivotal role in new product development. You will work closely with both design teams in the U.S. and overseas, as well as cross-departmentally throughout the Razor organization daily. Key responsibilities include organizing, managing, scheduling, and communicating the scope of work for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, understand, and manage the scope of work, schedule, and budget of various design packages.
  • Communicate with and provide updates with China teams daily.
  • Collaborate with various department managers, as needed, to define project scope, including planning, task allocation, and staff capabilities alignment.
  • Schedule and participate in team meetings including both China and U.S. teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and meticulously document and manage the flow of information.
  • Prepare project budget and work schedule to serve as a means of tracking progress. Adjust to meet budget and schedule objectives.
  • Prepare the project execution plan, establish control procedures, monitor project progress, and take corrective action as may be required.
  • Follow established change and management procedures to document and receive authorization for project change orders and corrective action plans in a timely manner.
  • Participate in business development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/project management or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
  • Ability to read and speak English and Mandarin required.
  • Previous project management experience in a product build environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the electric ride-on industry a plus.
  • Proficiency with Monday PMO or other Project Management software required.
  • Ability to resolve issues that involve gaining agreement of cross-functional groups and working through issues by gaining consensus and facilitating a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems as they are identified.
  • Salary Range: $65 - $75,000/year depending on location, education, experience.
