Physical Therapist

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kins, where we're revolutionizing patient care through our hybrid model. As a Kins PT, you'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, choose your coverage area, and decide how much you want to take on.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patient progress, providing personalized care and exercise prescriptions.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, guiding patients towards self-management and successful graduation from care.
- Document all treatments and clinical outcome measures in our EMR, ensuring routine assessment of progress.
- Create a world-class patient experience, communicating effectively via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed.
- Current State or Compact Physical Therapist Licensure with 1+ years of clinical experience.
- BLS certification.
- Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week in an in-home or telehealth setting.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes.
- Creative and flexible, with a patient-first approach.
- Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the team.
- Earn $55 to $70 per visit.
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy.
