Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff, addressing their emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Document patient interventions and outcomes, contributing to the development of best practices in spiritual care.
- Offer expertise in cultural diversity, advance care planning, major life transitions, end-of-life decisions, and grief processes, promoting sensitivity and understanding in a diverse patient population.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Level Degree in Religion or Theology required.
- One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
