Porter/Custodial Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Porter/Custodial Associate to join our team at Big Y. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment throughout the store. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing the meat cutting area, kitchen, and bakery area, as well as maintaining proper department conditions and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including the meat cutting area, kitchen, and bakery area.
• Maintain proper department conditions and supplies, including racks, sales floor, bottle redemption area, closets, and workstations.
• Operate equipment and machinery as needed to perform duties.
