Key Locations: ***Training will be conducted in a hybrid format (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 8:30 AM - 7 PM.

Compensation:

$23/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client service by managing inbound inquiries and acting as the primary contact for clients, addressing their requests, resolving general account concerns, and offering digital support. May also handle escalated matters.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and excel in client relationship management.
  • Adhere to established protocols to fulfill client requirements. May perform research for intricate inquiries.
  • Work independently and utilize various resources to find solutions while meeting departmental efficiency standards.
  • Record client and team feedback to support service enhancement initiatives within the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, with prior experience in insurance or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional skills in client relations, telephone etiquette, and both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in using multiple software systems concurrently.
