Exercise Physiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Melrose/Wakefield Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through exercise and physical activity interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance and education to help patients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.
- Work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement exercise programs.
- Assist with the planning, administration, and direction of daily activities of the Cardiac Rehabilitation and EECP Programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology, or related field.
- One year of related experience.
