Job Description

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly growing sales force. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing referral relationships, participating in events promoting homeownership, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of lending programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture referral relationships through marketing, prospecting, and networking.
  • Participate in events promoting homeownership and community involvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Discuss pricing options and locking interest rates with borrowers.
  • Collaborate with Processors and Underwriters to ensure a smooth client journey.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in both team and independent environments.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and task prioritization.
  • Currently a producing Mortgage Loan Originator with a stable work history.
  • Established database of referral partners or willingness to execute a success plan.
